Video: West Ham's Lanzini scores an unbelievable early goal against Man United

 



 Manchester United are in action again on Wednesday evening as they welcome West Ham to Old Trafford for the third round of this season’s Carabao Cup.



The meeting between the two sides comes just days after the dramatic Premier League encounter at the London Stadium. 


A deflected strike from Said Benrahma gave David Moyes’ side the lead but in typical Manchester United fashion, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side turned it around to steal all three points.

Thomas Tuchel 'names ideal Man United transfer' as Sir Jim Ratcliffe gets manager update

According to reports, Thomas Tuchel is no longer in contention to become  Manchester United 's new manager. The information was released soon after it was claimed on Sunday that Tuchel had a covert meeting in Monaco with Sir Jim Ratcliffe, United's co-owner. The German has been heavily linked with United after news emerged in February that the former Chelsea boss was leaving Bayern Munich. In order to determine Erik ten Hag's future at Old Trafford, United is presently reviewing the 2023–2024 campaign.
