Ben White was among Mikel Arteta’s men that showcased series of impressive display in Arsenal’s 3-1 win over Aston Villa at Emirates on Friday evening.


The Englishman, who joined the London club from Brighton in a region of £50m, produced solid display in Arsenal’s defensive unit and also contributed heavily to Arsenal’s attack.


White’s passing was crisp and penetrative, with Villa unable to prevent him from kick-starting passages of play from deep.



One of the moment of magic display of Englishman was when took on the form of a prime Franz Beckenbauer to leave a number of opposing players trailing in his wake.


The 24-year-old went on a run that covered nearly three-quarters of the pitch and Villa just couldn’t get near the silky defender.
