Video: Ramsdale makes save of the season for Arsenal to stop Leicester comeback

 






 As Leicester City went looking for a way back into the Saturday lunchtime game against Arsenal, their chance arrived just before half-time.




The Foxes were awarded a free-kick just outside the box, and as dead ball specialist, James Maddison, took aim, it looked for all the world as if the ball was going to nestle in the top corner.




Somehow Gunners keeper, Aaron Ramsdale, with the sun full in his face, managed to pull off an epic full-length one-handed save to keep his clean sheet, and even had the wherewithal to get straight up and repel the follow up too.

Thomas Tuchel 'names ideal Man United transfer' as Sir Jim Ratcliffe gets manager update

According to reports, Thomas Tuchel is no longer in contention to become  Manchester United 's new manager. The information was released soon after it was claimed on Sunday that Tuchel had a covert meeting in Monaco with Sir Jim Ratcliffe, United's co-owner. The German has been heavily linked with United after news emerged in February that the former Chelsea boss was leaving Bayern Munich. In order to determine Erik ten Hag's future at Old Trafford, United is presently reviewing the 2023–2024 campaign.
